Because our bodies are made up of about 70% water, sound waves can penetrate deeply, moving through our tissues and reaching our cellular memory. This allows us to release emotional blocks and trauma stored within us.

At Mayura Healing Co, I use a variety of vibrational tools, including chimes, gongs, and Himalayan singing bowls, to help you gently process and release pain, stress, and stuck emotions.
